The deed is done

I've just got back from the PO and have sent off the Tribunal papers. I've thrown at them copies of every piece of paper that I could find including copies of sick notes and prescriptions, course notes for the CBT course , the letter from my MP, and the doc is doing me a letter to send on later. I still find it hard to believe that these decisions can be taken without referring to a person's GP and Medical Centre. Unbelievable! So how do feel? Still angy - yup, relieved - not really, nervous and jittery - yup. So I must try to put it out of my mind for the time being; I'm not likely to get a date through before the end of August.

At last the sun came out long enough to take a piccie of the shed. Cool colour eh?

I'm kidding OH along that I'm going to make curtains, he's not quite sure if I mean it or not. I love a wind up.

Well I must try to settle down and do something. That pile of ironing is still scowling at me from Saturday and the kitchen floor is like a mud bath.

You have done it and sent it away. Now send the thought of it from your mind - it is not helpful to think about it. It is out of your hands . . . you have done all that you can do. So enjoy the rest of the week . . .and . . er . . do the ironing . . .

Love the shed! Such an unusual colour! And love the idea of winding up OH!

It is awful when you have something hanging over you, but WW is right, you must try not to think about it. You've done all you can. I know it's easier said than done, but I'm sure that doing the ironing will help ... but if not, do something nice to treat yourself instead!!

Golly Toady, I have shed envy! You didn't waste much time with that. We haven't even got the site ready yet for our shed and probably won't have for years!

Wishing you luck with your tribunal, I don't really know what it's all about, but I hope everything goes well for you. xx

Very pretty shed. Ours is a horrible brown colour! Forget about the paperwork and all of it now you've sent it off.

Just put the radio on and do the ironing, and go off into your head into lovely Purplcoombe!

I have shed envy too. I am so proud of you for doing what you have done - it took enormous gus - but listen to your headmistress - nothing more you can do for now.

Your shed looks great, ours is a similar colour. It weathers well.
I so hope all will go through smoothly now, try to 'think of other things'.

So pleased you came to your decision to go with it Toady,as you say to me,one step at a time...and I have listened to you ,so now is the time to take some of your own good advice...It's all in hand now ,just try and relax a bit..when your date comes through you will be more than ready for dealing with it all,I am sure of that..Look what you have achieved , this time last week you couldn't even consider doing anything about it,and look at you now,you should be very proud of yourself Toady.
thinking of you......

Well done indeed Toady. Now keep busy and don't dwell until nearer the time.

I also like the shed colour-so much better than the horrid orange colour most of them are!

Fingers crossed and willing that tribunal to see favourably for you my friend.

warm wishes
xx

Well done for having got it all sent off - you've taken the first step and that must have taken a good deal of energy and courage.
By the way, those patchwork tote bags are beautiful!
